IP44 LED strip 600SMD 2835 with a power of 9.6 W/m is designed for places where clear light and increased protection against light moisture are needed. It can be used under kitchen cabinets, by mirrors, in bathroom furniture, wardrobes, laundry rooms, pantries, recesses and furniture shelves. The neutral light colour works well in everyday use and gives the interior neither a distinctly warm nor cool character.

The luminous flux is 716 lm per metre, so the strip provides stronger illumination than lower-power decorative models. It can illuminate a worktop, shelves, wardrobe interior or the area around a mirror. The power of 9.6 W/m makes it suitable for functional areas where good surface visibility is important.

The silicone cover and IP44 rating increase the strip’s resistance to splashing and light moisture. However, the strip is not intended for permanently wet areas, places directly exposed to water or installation inside a shower area. In kitchens and bathrooms, it should be installed away from areas regularly exposed to water, intensive steam or strong chemicals.

The strip can be cut every 2.5 cm at marked points, making it easier to precisely adapt it to the length of a shelf, cabinet or recess. After cutting, the end and connection point must be protected again, as interference with the factory cover may reduce protection against moisture.
